I know, this is a food blog, but I would like to take this time to let you know, I am doing even more than cooking and selling a cook book. I have created "Enchanted Power Wands"! I will post tomorrow my Fettucine Alfredo which I used to make when I had my restaurant. My Fettucine paired nicely with my chicken marsala, which is in my cookbook. Both recipes from my restaurant days. I ran into a dear friend which worked with me at the restaurant, asking for the recipe. So I will share with everyone! Kudos to my friend for asking!
